Meet Radek – The Precision Behind Production

Radek Mardal, our Head of Production, doesn’t just manage workflow — he obsesses over every detail. From the alignment of a suspension mount to the grain of a veneer panel, Radek ensures that nothing leaves our workshop unless it meets the highest standard: his own.

“Every trailer is a challenge — but that’s what makes it worth it,” says Radek. “When I see a Carbontear pass over rough terrain without a single issue, I know we did our job right.”

With decades of experience in mechanical and structural fabrication, Radek leads a team of builders who don’t cut corners — they perfect them.
