Suspension

HECS Suspension – Uncompromising Technology at Carbontear. We have developed a revolutionary HECS suspension system – an independent trailing arm with a vertical arrangement of springs and shock absorbers. This solution sets new standards in the on-road and off-road trailer industry. Key advantages of our system:

Extreme durability – arms made of thick-walled steel tubes (P235 GH) with a round cross-section, TIG-welded, resistant to torsion and material fatigue. Optimal kinematics – bent arms (153°) increase ground clearance and stability on uneven terrain. Precise damping – a vertical arrangement of progressive springs provides control over any type of surface HECS is a guarantee of safety and comfort in the most difficult conditions – from off-road to extreme temperatures (-50°C). Tested, confirmed, uncompromising.
