The Carbontear Sherpa is a universal transport platform designed for the safe and efficient transport of a wide range of light, medium, and heavy loads. Its design eliminates the need for multiple specialized trailers, replacing them with a single, multi-purpose trailer.

Key Features and Applications:

  • Universal Transport Platform: The open-floor design allows for the easy loading of a variety of equipment. The trailer is designed for transporting:
    • Vehicles: light cars (Smart), ATVs, motorcycles, and snowmobiles.
    • Watercraft: motorboats, jet skis, kayaks, and inflatable boats (after installing outriggers with rollers or skids).
    • Light construction and gardening equipment: mini-excavators, loaders, mixers, concrete mixers, and large pallets of goods.
    • Other heavy equipment: generators, containers.
  • Quick change of function: A system of modular, interchangeable accessories (e.g., outriggers with rollers, belt holders, or skids) allows you to adapt the trailer to transport different types of cargo in minutes.
  • Proprietary HECS suspension system: A low center of gravity and independent Carbontear HECS rear suspension ensure high highway stability, ride comfort, and excellent vibration damping, protecting the transported load. The system is also suitable for use in difficult off-road conditions.
  • Robust, protected construction: The trailer’s frame and supporting components are fully hot-dip galvanized and then powder-coated, ensuring maximum corrosion protection and durability.

HECS Suspension – Uncompromising Technology at Carbontear. We have developed a revolutionary HECS suspension system – an independent trailing arm with a vertical arrangement of springs and shock absorbers.
